We get it. Trying to stay active can easily fall to the backburner when you’re a cray-busy college student like yourself. But a schedule like yours is enough to cause anyone to feel stressed, and fighting the high levels of cortisol that stress releases is an important reason you need to fit a workout into your daily routine.
