Dallas, Texas – December 12, 2018 – The personal trainers at Dallas Iron Fitness will soon have a permanent home in Dallas. The medical fitness program, which has previously operated primarily in clients’ homes, will soon open its doors at 4101 Bryan Street, Dallas, TX 75204. The remodel on the space has begun and is expected to be completed in early 2019.
The Dallas Iron Fitness gym will have half a dozen personal trainers on site to develop custom training plans for each clients’ needs. Membership will start at $60. “We’re getting back to functional fitness,” says Dallas Iron Fitness owner Kaitlyn Gannon, who tore her ACL three times and has since dedicated her life to helping others recover from physical ailments and injuries. “When you finish physical therapy, the worst thing you can do is be sedentary but so many people are. It’s imperative to your health to keep active. Our team will customize a program for you to keep you moving the best that you possibly can.”
In additional to medical training programs and classes, Dallas Iron Fitness will also offer personal training concierge services for those of all fitness levels. Sessions start at $50. Online training programs are also offered through True Coach for those who want the expertise of the Dallas Iron Fitness team in app form. Online training programs start at $30 per month.
